Terms of service
In short. Ads Intelligence Studio is a private dashboard for clients of Ads Intelligence. You get personal access, you see only your own accounts, and you use it to follow the results of your Google Ads. The figures come straight from Google. We do our utmost to reproduce them faithfully, but the Google Ads interface remains the source of truth.
1. Who we are
Ads Intelligence Studio (the dashboard) is a service of Ads Intelligence B.V., Damsterdiep 10, 9711 SK Groningen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98428985. Contact: info@adsintelligence.nl, +31 50 234 0806.
2. Scope
These terms apply to everyone using the dashboard at studio.adsintelligence.nl: the client buying the service and every person signing in on their behalf. By signing in you agree to these terms.
The dashboard is part of the services agreed in the contract with the client. Where that contract deviates from these terms, the contract prevails.
3. What the dashboard is
The dashboard shows the results of the client's Google Ads account, together with analyses, targets, notes and recommendations. It is a reporting environment: it reads data from Google Ads and Google Merchant Center and changes nothing there. Campaign management happens in Google Ads itself, as agreed in the contract.
4. Access and accounts
- Access is by invitation. An Ads Intelligence administrator creates the account and decides which clients a person may access.
- An account is personal. Do not share your sign-in link and do not let anyone else sign in under your name.
- Signing in uses a one time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure, because whoever can reach it can reach the dashboard.
- Suspect someone else has access to your account? Report it immediately at info@adsintelligence.nl and we will disable the account.
- We may disable an account when the engagement ends, when it is misused, or when security requires it.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the dashboard to view the results of the accounts you have access to, and to use that information within your own organisation.
You may not:
- attempt to reach data of clients or accounts you have not been granted access to, or circumvent access controls;
- scrape the dashboard, rebuild it, or resell the data to third parties;
- use data from the dashboard in a way that conflicts with Google's policies or with the law;
- test or bypass security measures without a prior written agreement with us;
- load the service in a way that affects other users.
6. About the figures
The data in the dashboard comes from Google. We retrieve it through the Google Ads API and the Google Merchant API, cache part of it to keep the dashboard fast, and display it as faithfully as we can. Differences between the dashboard and the Google Ads interface can still occur, among other reasons because:
- conversions arrive later than the click, so recent days keep filling in;
- you can choose whether conversions count on the day of the click or on the day of the conversion;
- settings such as the selected conversion actions or the brand pattern determine what is counted;
- Google itself restates data retroactively.
In case of doubt, Google Ads is the source. Contact us if a figure looks wrong and we will investigate.
Analyses and recommendations in the dashboard are advice, not a guarantee. Decisions about budgets, bids and campaigns remain human decisions.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the dashboard available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our suppliers or Google API limits can make the dashboard temporarily unavailable or delay the figures. We will let you know in case of a longer outage.
8. Data and privacy
The advertising account data remains the client's. We process it on the client's instructions, as described in our privacy policy and in the data processing agreement accompanying the contract.
Notes, targets and files you place in the dashboard remain the property of the client. We use them only to deliver the service.
9. Intellectual property
The dashboard itself, including its software, design, analyses and texts, is and remains the property of Ads Intelligence B.V. You receive the right to use it for the duration of the contract. That right is non transferable and non exclusive.
Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. The dashboard is not a Google product and Google is not involved in it.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from decisions taken on the basis of the dashboard, from temporary unavailability, or from inaccuracies in data we receive from Google.
For the rest, the liability provisions of the contract with the client apply. Where the contract is silent, our liability is limited to the amount the client paid us in the three months preceding the damage for the services under which the dashboard is provided. Liability for indirect damage, including lost profits and lost revenue, is excluded. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.
11. Term and termination
Access to the dashboard runs with the contract. When it ends, we close the accounts. On the client's request we then delete that account's data, and otherwise we do so within six months. If the client wants to take the data with them, we provide it in a common file format.
12. Changes
We keep developing the dashboard, so features may change. We may amend these terms where there is reason to. The date at the top shows when that last happened. We notify the client in advance of significant changes.
13. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of the dashboard. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Northern Netherlands, Groningen location, unless mandatory law designates a different court.
14. Contact
